We are a private investment firm based in New York City, a diversified holding group with decades of operational experience and deep capital reserves. Our founding team has built, owned, and operated companies across a wide range of industries: real estate development and construction, consumer products, HVAC, telecom, education, logistics, retail, hospitality, fitness and wellness, marketing and sales, and food service.
We've also partnered with high-tech startups from seed stage through IPO.
